These terms govern your use of Veyr ("the app"), operated by Hridey Luthra. By using Veyr, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Veyr. This is required for compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID. One account per person. You may not share your account or let others access Veyr through your credentials.
Veyr is an AI-powered personal styling assistant. The app provides outfit recommendations, wardrobe organization, trip packing suggestions, and style analysis. All recommendations are generated by AI and should be treated as suggestions, not professional fashion or personal advice.
You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload to Veyr. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content within the app and through our third-party service providers (for image enhancement, AI processing, and cloud storage) solely to deliver the Veyr experience. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You agree not to misuse Veyr. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer the app, using automated scripts to access the service, uploading content that is illegal or violates others' rights, or attempting to access other users' data.
Outfit recommendations, style profiles, and other AI-generated content are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI suggestions for any particular occasion, weather condition, or personal preference. Use your own judgment when following recommendations.
Veyr is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. During beta, the app is free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyr and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to wardrobe decisions, outfit choices, or any outcomes resulting from following AI recommendations.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. Upon deletion, your account is immediately deactivated and your data is scheduled for permanent removal within 48 hours.
We may update these terms as Veyr evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
